Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Operator

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Evan Reed, an individual and sole trader operating FingerFrame AI from Singapore ("FingerFrame AI", "we", "us", or "our"). FingerFrame AI is available at https://fingerframeai.com.

By accessing the service, creating an account, selecting a paid subscription, checking an acceptance box at checkout, or otherwise using FingerFrame AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Regional Availability

You must be at least 13 years old to use FingerFrame AI. Users aged 13–17 may use local mode only, with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account for hosted AI, submit media for cloud generation, or purchase a subscription. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use local mode is responsible for that use.

You may use the service only where it is legally available. Hosted AI image and video editing routed through Evolink is not offered in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland at launch. The service checks this eligibility again before subscription checkout and before each hosted request. Provider, sanctions, export-control, or local-law restrictions may impose further limits.

3. The Service and Its Digital Nature

FingerFrame AI is a digital software-as-a-service product that provides:

• browser-based camera, upload, gesture selection, and visual effects processed locally;
• account-based hosted image and video editing using service credits; and
• monthly and annual subscription plans that include service access and credits.

Access to paid digital features begins after payment is confirmed. Hosted model processing can incur third-party costs immediately after a request is accepted. These characteristics affect cancellation and discretionary refund eligibility, as described below and in our Refund Policy.

A feature is included in a paid entitlement only when the Pricing page and checkout identify it as currently available for that plan and region. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features, but will not retroactively change the paid period already purchased without an appropriate remedy where required by law.

3.1 Underlying AI models

FingerFrame AI is an independent product and is not an official product of, or endorsed by, any model provider. Hosted generation currently uses these specifically identified third-party models and routes:

• Nano Banana 2 Lite (Evolink's route for gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image), for hosted image editing from a submitted source image; and
• Gemini Omni Flash, through the exact Evolink route IDs gemini-omni-flash-image-to-video for supported image-to-video requests and gemini-omni-flash-video-edit for supported video-editing requests.

Model availability, capabilities, safety decisions, and processing times may be affected by Evolink, Google, Waffo, or other applicable upstream providers.

4. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information, maintain a working billing email, and keep your Google account and device secure. We do not receive your Google password. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorised use to support@fingerframeai.com.

You may not sell, share, or transfer an account, or automate access in a way that bypasses plan, credit, geographic, rate, or safety limits. If you register for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

5. Subscription Plans and Included Credits — V1 Subscription Model

FingerFrame AI uses the V1 subscription model: paid Creator and Pro plans renew monthly or annually. Plans include service credits, but FingerFrame AI does not sell separate credit packs or offer automatic credit top-ups.

At launch, each eligible newly created account receives one promotional grant of 30 hosted credits at no charge. It is issued once, does not renew automatically, has no cash value, and currently has no scheduled expiry. Adult and regional eligibility, content-safety rules, and account enforcement still apply to its use.

The current plan name, billing period, price, currency, included credits, and feature limits are shown on the Pricing page and again at checkout. Monthly-plan credits expire at the end of the applicable monthly paid period. Annual-plan credits expire at the end of the applicable annual paid period. Unused included credits do not roll over after their stated expiry and have no cash value.

Credits are limited, non-transferable units for measuring access to hosted processing. They are not money, stored value, a gift card, or cryptocurrency. The service shows the applicable credit cost before or as part of a hosted request. Prompt or source-media blocks happen before task creation and do not consume credits. We restore reserved credits when our tracked request fails before chargeable processing; provider-confirmed processing or a completed result may remain chargeable. A generated output explicitly blocked for prohibited content is not delivered, records a safety strike, and remains charged. A review outcome, safety-service outage, invalid safety response, or required-audit failure is not treated as user misconduct and restores reserved credits.

We may change future plan features or prices. A price change applies no earlier than a future renewal and will be disclosed in advance where required by law. It does not change a completed billing period.

6. Billing, Automatic Renewal, Taxes, and Waffo Pancake

When you provide a payment method and subscribe, you expressly authorise FingerFrame AI and Waffo Pancake to charge the subscription price, applicable taxes, and amounts disclosed at checkout to that payment method on each monthly or annual renewal date until you cancel.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Your renewal date is shown in Settings → Billing. You must keep your billing details current. If payment fails, Waffo or we may retry the payment, pause paid features, or end the subscription.

Waffo Pancake acts as merchant of record and the legal seller for paid transactions. Waffo and its payment partners operate checkout, process card and billing information, calculate and collect applicable taxes, conduct fraud checks, issue receipts, and process approved refunds and payment disputes. Waffo or Pancake wording, or the descriptor disclosed at checkout, may appear on your receipt or payment statement. Waffo's buyer terms and privacy policy also apply to its activities. FingerFrame AI does not receive or store your full card number.

Unless checkout states that tax is included, prices exclude applicable GST, VAT, sales, or similar taxes, which Waffo may add and collect as required.

7. Online Cancellation

You may cancel at any time while signed in by opening Settings → Billing, selecting the active subscription, and choosing Cancel subscription. The cancellation request is submitted online to Waffo, and the status will ordinarily change to pending cancellation. If the self-service control is unavailable, contact support@fingerframeai.com from the account email before the next renewal.

Cancellation stops later renewals but does not normally end the already-paid period immediately. Unless a refund is approved or law requires otherwise, paid access and unexpired plan credits remain available until the current billing period ends and then expire. Cancellation by itself does not refund the current period.

8. Refunds and Billing Disputes

Because this is an immediately delivered digital service and hosted processing can create immediate costs, charges are not automatically refundable. Our Refund Policy states the complete, checkout-aligned rules, including a 14-calendar-day request window and the circumstances in which a full or partial refund may be available, such as duplicate or unauthorised charges, a material mismatch with the checkout description, a verified service defect, or a first subscription charge with little or no included usage. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.

Request a refund through the Waffo customer portal when available, or email support@fingerframeai.com with the account email, order number, charge date and amount, and reason. We aim to acknowledge a request within two business days. Waffo returns approved refunds to the original payment method; banks and card networks typically take 5–10 business days after processing to display them.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a bank dispute so that we can investigate. We aim to respond within two business days and resolve a confirmed billing error within five business days. Nothing in these Terms limits a lawful chargeback or payment-dispute right.

9. Your Media, Prompts, and AI Outputs

You retain the rights you hold in media and prompts you submit. You grant FingerFrame AI and the service providers needed for your chosen feature a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, transmit, scan, transform, and display that material solely to provide, secure, moderate, support, and legally operate the requested service.

You represent that you own or are authorised to use submitted content and have all required consent from identifiable people depicted in it. Do not submit confidential, biometric, intimate, copyrighted, or other protected material unless you have the lawful right to send it to every applicable provider.

As between you and FingerFrame AI, and to the extent we acquire any rights in an output, we assign those rights to you after applicable payment and subject to these Terms. This does not override applicable law, upstream provider terms, or third-party rights. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, similar to content generated for others, or ineligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection. We do not promise that an output is unique, non-infringing, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. Review it before publishing or relying on it.

We do not claim ownership of your media and do not use it to train our own models. Hosted providers may apply their own terms and privacy commitments.

10. Acceptable Use and Content Safety

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and applies to prompts, source media, generated or edited images and videos, and downstream use. It separately and expressly prohibits all six required categories: sexual/NSFW content, violence or gore, hate speech, CSAM or unsafe child content, deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. It also contains the complete reporting, current enforcement, and appeal process.

Hosted generation is gated at both input and output. Before generation, FingerFrame AI applies a non-removable local baseline blocklist and Waffo Prompt Sift to the prompt, then scans the exact private source image or video with the applicable Evolink-routed visual checks; only explicit allows and successful audit writes can create a task or reserve credits. Before delivery, the exact private quarantined output must pass the applicable image or video safety checks. Any non-allow, safety-service failure, invalid result, or required audit failure prevents the affected generation or delivery. FingerFrame AI does not operate a public gallery at launch.

Safety controls can make mistakes and cannot guarantee that every prohibited request or result will be detected. You remain responsible for your prompts, source media, results, required AI-generated disclosures, and downstream publication. Current technical enforcement includes rejecting requests, withholding unsafe results, failing or cancelling affected tasks, restoring reserved credits where the service rules require, deleting or expiring temporary media, applying rate limits, and making legally required reports. Severe or repeated abuse may lead to the additional account or legal measures described in the Acceptable Use Policy and Section 16 below.

11. Privacy and Temporary Media

Local mode is designed to keep camera and uploaded media on your device. Hosted generation temporarily stores input and output media in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Hosted input is deleted as soon as reasonably possible after the task completes or fails. Every hosted media access lease expires no later than 24 hours after creation; an hourly cleanup removes expired objects and an R2 lifecycle rule is the final provider-side backstop. Prompt-safety, provider, account, payment, analytics, and retention details are in our Privacy Policy.

12. FingerFrame AI Intellectual Property

The FingerFrame AI brand, interface, software, documentation, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer our intellectual property or any provider's model, software, or brand rights.

13. Third-Party Services

Cloudflare, Google, Evolink and its upstream providers, Waffo, and linked third-party services are controlled by their respective operators. Their terms, privacy policies, safety decisions, and availability apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party acts outside our reasonable control, but will provide the support and remedies reasonably available to us.

14. Availability and Disclaimers

AI models, browsers, cameras, networks, safety services, and payment providers can fail or produce unexpected results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FingerFrame AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free output.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated. Do not rely on FingerFrame AI for medical, legal, financial, emergency, identity-verification, or other professional or high-stakes decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

You may stop using the service, cancel a subscription, or request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, prohibited content, fraud, non-payment, legal or security risk, or a provider or legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy or appeal.

If we permanently terminate a prepaid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, fraud, safety conduct, or legal restriction, we will provide a proportionate refund for the unusable prepaid portion where appropriate. Terms intended by their nature to survive termination—including payment, intellectual-property, enforcement, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions—will survive.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, safety, security, or legal changes. We will keep the version and effective date above current. For a material change that adversely affects your rights, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by registered email or a prominent service notice unless urgent security, fraud, provider, or legal requirements require faster action. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and cancel before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer forum rights, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. Before beginning formal proceedings, contact support@fingerframeai.com so the parties can try to resolve the dispute informally.

19. General Terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a genuine reorganisation or transfer of the service, subject to applicable notice and privacy obligations. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control. These Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy form the entire agreement about the service unless checkout expressly states an additional term.
